Information for Stand Contractors
This section contains all the technical information and regulations that stand contractors, builders and technical suppliers need for the installation of stands at SEVC 2026.
Access D: stand contractors

Vehicles carrying out loading and unloading operations must access via Plaça de Willy Brandt.
Vehicles are not permitted inside the venue.
Deliveries will be received at the designated entrance for Congress logistics operations.
On Tuesday and Wednesday, an electric pallet truck service will be available to assist with moving goods from the reception point.
All stand contractors, suppliers and companies involved in stand construction that need to access the CCIB during build-up and dismantling must register in advance through the venue accreditation platform.
Once registration has been completed, the system will generate an access pass with a QR code, available in PDF or Passbook format. This QR code must be presented on arrival in order to access the venue.
Stand contractors and suppliers may generate passes for members of their team during the same registration process, up to a maximum of 25 people. An email address will be required for each team member.
The specific registration link for authorised personnel during build-up and dismantling will be available shortly.
All materials received from courier companies will be placed at the corresponding stand for the exhibitor’s convenience.
Construction work or the installation of large-volume items will not be permitted.
All stands must be completely ready before 13:00 on Thursday 19 November. After this time, pallet trucks and large boxes will not be permitted in the exhibition area.

- All boxes, parcels, pallets and materials sent to the venue must be clearly identified.
- The organisation cannot accept responsibility for materials that are not correctly labelled or that are delivered outside the established reception times.
- An electric pallet truck will be available during the material reception hours.
- Staff will be available to receive materials. This staff will not assist with unloading trucks or handling goods under any circumstances.
Custom shipping labels for your boxes
Enter the exhibiting company details, stand number, contact person, mobile phone number and total number of boxes. The system will generate a separate portrait A4 label for each package.
Since 2019, the AVEPA-SEVC Congress has included basic stand construction for all exhibitors, with the aim of minimising construction costs and allowing exhibitors to reinvest these savings in scientific content for veterinary professionals.
In addition, this format reduces the waste of single-use materials and their subsequent disposal without recycling, including materials such as wood and many plastics.
01 Modular construction
- All stands in the commercial exhibition include a modular structure that varies according to the size and location of the stand.
- Stands smaller than 24 m² include modular walls, fascia board, blue carpet, electrical power and lighting.
- Stands larger than 24 m² also include a 4 m² storage area, which will be built according to the characteristics of the stand.
- The stand construction design will be determined by the organisation according to the location and characteristics of each stand.
- Free-build stands are not permitted, except where the exhibitor can demonstrate that reusable modular structures will be used for the stand construction.
- If the stand is adjacent to an electrical supply point or another service point that requires access, the organisation will install a specific panel to ensure appropriate accessibility.
- The construction design for each stand will be provided by the organisation approximately 3 months before the event.
- Exhibitors may propose changes to the design provided by the organisation. Changes may be accepted provided they are compatible with the characteristics of the space and respect the surrounding environment.
02 Flooring, carpet and raised platforms
- All stands include Ducados blue carpet.
- Stands larger than 24 m² may change the carpet colour at no additional cost by selecting from the colour palette available in the Boutique.
- Carpet colours outside the available palette may incur an additional charge.
- Raised platforms are permitted, provided the organisation is notified in advance so that installation can be properly coordinated.
03 Stand decoration elements
- Modular panels may be covered with vinyl graphics or foam board, provided the specific dimensions of each panel are respected.
- At the end of the event, these materials must be removed by the company that installed them, leaving the modular panels clean and free of adhesive residue.
- Failure to remove these materials may result in an additional charge to the exhibitor, the amount of which will be determined by the organisation.
- Standard modular panels may be replaced with reinforced panels that can be drilled to support items such as televisions. This service must be ordered from the official stand contractor.
- Stands may be decorated with movable elements such as furniture, brochure holders, counters, plants, televisions, banners, machinery and similar items.
- No individual element may exceed 1 m in width and 2 m in height.
- All elements must be positioned so that they do not obstruct the visibility of the exhibition, neighbouring stands or other event features.
- Large elements may be a maximum of 2 m wide and may not form part of a single continuous element wider than 2 m, with the sole exception of the modular construction provided by the organisation.
- The total linear space occupied by large elements, including the modular construction, may not exceed 30%, in order to preserve visibility throughout the exhibition.
- Painting and carpentry work are not permitted during build-up.
- All exhibitors must submit a stand design to the organisation for approval no later than 20 days before the event.
04 Electrical power and lighting
- All stands include an independent electrical distribution board with a power supply appropriate to the size of the stand. Specific information will be provided to each exhibitor in advance.
- All stands include basic lighting.
- Power sockets and extension leads are not included.
- Any requirement for sockets to be installed beneath the carpet must be communicated in advance so that installation can be properly coordinated.
05 Overhead elements and rigging
- Overhead elements and rigging systems are not permitted.
- No element may extend more than 30 cm above the maximum height of the stand construction.
06 External companies
- External companies may install decorative elements within the stand.
- Installation of vinyl graphics, foam boards, furniture and other elements by external companies must take place exclusively on Wednesday afternoon, from 14:00 to 20:00.
07 Activities within the stand
- During the event, exhibitors may decide which activities are carried out within their stand and reserve the right of admission.
- Music and sound systems that may disturb neighbouring exhibitors or exhibition visitors are not permitted.
- Talks for small groups are permitted provided that the sound does not disturb neighbouring stands or other visitors.
- Direct sales are permitted.
- Exhibitors are responsible for any products, samples, gifts or other items they provide to visitors.
- Each exhibiting company will receive a specific number of exhibitor passes according to the size of the stand booked.
- All stands include basic lighting.
- Power sockets and extension leads are not included.
- Only approved electrical installations, connections and equipment may be used.
- The venue's electrical distribution boards and any electrical installations provided by the organisation must not be altered or tampered with.
- Loose cables must not be left in circulation areas.
- Any requirement for power sockets or connections beneath the carpet must be communicated in advance so that installation can be properly coordinated.
- External catering services are not permitted.
- Any catering service required for the stand must be ordered directly from the CCIB through its services portal.
- Pre-opening cleaning is included for all stands.
- During the event, the exhibition’s common areas and aisles will be cleaned.
- Cleaning inside individual stands is not included during the Congress.
- Exhibitors requiring additional cleaning services may order them through the CCIB services platform.
- The CCIB offers a wide range of additional services that can be viewed and ordered through its services portal.
- There is no requirement to use CCIB suppliers for other services, except for catering and electricity, which are exclusive to the venue.
